Mace Watts has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing of high end, resort lifestyle communities. His broad range of experiences has given him the abilty to target the perfect customer leading to over 2,000 personal lot sales. He has a very high level of success in both traveling and onsite marketing.   After resounding success in previous communities, Mace Watts has recently taken the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Compass Pointe in Leland, NC.  Since beginning his work with Compass Pointe, the community has celebrated its most successful sales weekend in its five year history.  Mace Watts is also the proud father of 5 beautiful children, which is no small task!
